FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.  Are beach towels provided?

answer: No. Please plan on bringing them with you.

2. Is there an outdoor shower?

answer: Yes at Ripple Cove only. Now, fully enclosed for privacy.

3. Is there a gas grill?

answer: Yes.

4. Can we arrive early before the 3pm check in?

answer: It depends on whether the cleaning crew has completed the house. Also please note that it is important that you check out on time so the cleaning crew may get to work.

5. Can we go to the beach without taking a car?

answer: Yes. The private community beach access it a few minutes walk and also leads directly onto Veterans beach. A short distance further walking on the shoreline by foot leads you to Kalmus beach.

6. Can I walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street?

answer: Yes. It is a 10-12 minute walk along the harbor and via the "Walkway to the Sea". In 2008 & 2009 there was also a free shuttle bus that you could get at the nearest cross street with Ocean Street. It ran approximately every 30-35 minutes. I'm not sure whether it will run in 2010.
