Ripple Cove House is located on Ripple Cove
Road, a two minute drive to Hyannis Harbor where you will catch a Hy-Line
or Steamship ferry for a day trip to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard - 450
feet to a small private beach which then brings you onto a much larger
beach called Veterans Beach which has a snack bar, bathrooms and a picnic
area. It is a ten minute walk to downtown where you can find endless shops
and every type of restaurant. Fishing, a harbor cruise, or a sunset sail
can all be found at Hyannis Harbor.
Ripple Cove House is a split level ranch - when you enter the
front door - six steps will lead you into a well appointed living room -
to the right is the dining room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped
with a dishwasher and microwave and a small island. Off the kitchen there
is a small outdoor deck which overlooks the garden with picnic table,
chairs and a barbecue grill. To the right of the living room is a long
hall which brings you to the bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size
bed (#5), bedroom 2 has one full and one twin bed (#3) and the master bedroom has one king bed.
Across from bedroom 1 and 2 is a large bathroom with two sinks, bath tub
and shower. In the master bedroom there is a bathroom with a shower.
Seven steps down will bring you to a bedroom which has one queen bed
(#2) and the fifth bedroom has two twin beds (#4). Across from these bedrooms is a bathroom
with shower and washer and dryer. To the left is a large family room with
fireplace, TV, games and books. This house is perfect for the extended
family.
