The Ripple Cove House and The Bay Shore House are in an exclusive quiet neighborhood with no through traffic (the houses are a block apart from each other). However, they are close to everything you need ... from beaches to restaurants from Island Cruises to ocean fishing, from shopping to a sun deck for sun bathing and cook outs. The Hyannis Harbor, where you board the boats for Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket is just a half mile away or about a 7 minute walk. The Harbor is also known for fishing and harbor cruises that travel by the Kennedy Compound and other points of interest. Enjoying a sailboat sunset cruise is just one of the many things to do at Hyannis Harbor. Downtown Hyannis is about a 15 to 20 min walk - where you'll find shops, dining, nightlife, The Kennedy Museum, village green concerts and more! The private community beach is a 1 minute walk from the Ripple Cove House; 5 minutes from the Bay Shore House. The beach also abuts Veteran's Public Beach, which has a snack shack, playground, picnic tables and The Kennedy Memorial Park with a beautiful water feature & rose garden. Kalamus beach is an open ocean beach, which is about a 15 to 20 min walk on the end of Ocean St. This beach is a great place to watch the boats & windsurfers go by! |
